12 Mortgages payable on demand
Where a mortgage for a specific amount provides for the payment of the principal sum on demand, and a demand had not at the commencement of the Moratorium Act 1930, been made, the principal sum shall for the purpose only of this Part of this Act be deemed to be payable immediately after the commencement of the first-mentioned Act.
