38 Protection of trustees in respect of consents
A personal representative of a deceased person, or a trustee, shall not be deemed guilty of any breach of trust or breach of duty by reason only of the fact that—
(a)
he gives any consent under section six or section fourteen of this Act,
(b)
he has given any consent under section ten of the Moratorium Act 1930, or under that section as amended by the Moratorium (Amendment) Act 1931.
