15 Delegation—the Act, s 20
For the Act, section 20(1)(b), the Health Secretary may delegate the exercise of a function of the Health Secretary under the Act to the following authorised persons—
(a)
members of staff of the Ministry of Health,
(b)
members of staff of the NSW Health Service.
