14 Delegation
The Regulator may delegate any of its functions (other than this power of delegation) to any of the following—
(a)
a member of the Board,
(b)
a committee of the Board,
(c)
the Chief Regulatory Officer or any other Public Service employee,
(d)
any person, or any class of persons, authorised for the purposes of this section by the regulations.
