16 Schedule 1 may be amended by regulations to add NSW equity interests
The regulations may amend Schedule 1 to insert (but not omit) any of the following kinds of interests—
(a)
an interest of the State or the Crown in right of the State,
(b)
an interest of an entity that is a GSF agency for the purposes of Part 6 of the Government Sector Finance Act 2018.
