17 First meeting
The Minister—
(a)
must call the first meeting of the Advisory Board within 3 months after the date on which the last of the members referred to in section 26(1)(a) and (b) is appointed, and
(b)
may call the first meeting of the Board in the way the Minister thinks fit.
