35 Requirement to prepare disaster adaptation plans
(1)
The Authority may, by written notice given to a relevant entity, require the relevant entity to prepare a disaster adaptation plan.
(2)
The Authority may also, on its own initiative or as directed by the Minister, prepare a disaster adaptation plan.
