58 Notice of decision
(1)
The Authority must give notice of the Authority’s decision under section 56 about the prescribed decision or prescribed process to the applicant and decision-maker for the prescribed decision or prescribed process.
(2)
A notice under this section must include—
(a)
the reasons for the Authority’s decision, and
(b)
the conditions, if any, imposed under section 56(2) in relation to the decision.
