7 Chairperson
(1)
A person appointed as Chairperson vacates office as Chairperson if the person—
(a)
is removed from the office by the Governor under this section, or
(b)
resigns the office by written instrument addressed to the Minister, or
(c)
ceases to be a member of the Advisory Board.
(2)
The Governor may at any time remove the Chairperson from office as Chairperson for any reason or none.
