7 Transfer of interest in land
(1)
A project order may transfer an interest in relation to land vested in the transferor without transferring the whole of the interests of the transferor in that land.
(2)
If the interest transferred is not a separate interest, the project order operates to create the interest transferred in the terms specified in the order.
(3)
This section does not limit another provision of this Schedule.
