91 Directions given to State owned corporations
(1)
This section applies if, under this Act, the Minister or the Authority gives a direction to a State owned corporation.
(2)
The State Owned Corporations Act 1989, section 20P(4)–(6) applies to the direction as if—
(a)
the direction were given under that Act, section 20P(1), and
(b)
a reference in section 20P(5) to the portfolio Minister were a reference to the Minister under this Act or the Authority, whomever gave the direction to the State owned corporation.
