The Authority may—
(a)
conduct research into, and investigate measures to counteract, the depletion of stratospheric ozone, and
(b)
conduct and fund the conduct of education and advertising to promote an awareness and understanding of the causes and effects of the depletion of stratospheric ozone and measures to counteract it.
