9 Codes of practice
The regulations may make provision for or with respect to—
(a)
the formulation, approval, adoption and revision of industry codes of practice relating to any activity that is authorised to be regulated by the regulations, and
(b)
requiring compliance with any such codes of practice as in force for the time being.
