15 Safety of drivers, passengers and the public
The operator of a relevant service must ensure that—
(a)
the vehicles used to provide the service at all times meet the requirements of the law as to registration and vehicle safety and roadworthiness, and
(b)
each person engaged to drive a vehicle used to provide the service—
(i)
holds an appropriate driver licence, and
(ii)
holds an appropriate driver authority.
