9.1 Objectives of Part
The objectives of this Part are as follows—
(a)
to ensure that development of land at Penrith Panthers occurs in a logical and cost-effective manner, in accordance with a staging plan and only after a development control plan that includes specific controls has been prepared for the land,
(b)
to limit the density of retail premises on the land,
(c)
(Repealed)
(d)
to manage the gross floor area of office premises on the land.
