3 Definitions
In this regulation—
CEO of Service NSW means the Chief Executive Officer of Service NSW.
driver licence has the same meaning as in the Road Transport Act 2013.
the Act means the Photo Card Act 2005.
Note—
The Act and the Interpretation Act 1987 contain definitions and other provisions that affect the interpretation and application of this regulation.
