Admission to NSW Police Force as police officer under false pretences

A person who gains admission to the NSW Police Force as a police officer—

(a)

without disclosing any previous dismissal of the person from the NSW Police Force or NSW Police or the Police Force, or

(b)

by any false representation or the use of any false document,

is guilty of an offence.

Maximum penalty—5 penalty units or imprisonment for 3 months, or both.
