25 Application of provisions relating to complaints
(1)
Part 8A does not apply to conduct that occurred before the commencement of the former complaints Act.
(2)
Part 8A extends to conduct that occurred after the commencement of the former complaints Act and before the commencement of Part 8A.
(3)
Anything duly done before the commencement of that Part under a provision of the former complaints Act is (subject to the regulations under this Schedule) taken to have been duly done under the corresponding provision of that Part.
