Police Act 1990

The provisions of Part 8A, as in force immediately before the commencement of Schedule 1 [3] to the amending Act, continue to apply to and in respect of complaints referred to in section 25 of the Police Department (Transit Police) Act 1989 (whether made before or after the commencement of that item) as if the amending Act had not been enacted.

The provisions of Division 1 of Part 9, as in force immediately before the commencement of Schedule 1 [5] to the amending Act, continue to apply to and in respect of breaches of discipline referred to in section 27 of the Police Department (Transit Police) Act 1989 (whether arising before or after the commencement of that item) as if the amending Act had not been enacted.

The provisions of Division 2 of Part 9, as in force immediately before the commencement of Schedule 1 [7] to the amending Act, continue to apply to a decision of the Commissioner under Division 1 of Part 9, as in force immediately before the commencement of Schedule 1 [5] to the amending Act, in relation to breaches of discipline referred to in section 27 of the Police Department (Transit Police) Act 1989 (whether arising before or after the commencement of Schedule 1 [7] to the amending Act) as if the amending Act had not been enacted.
