Certification of copy of power of attorney—the Act, s 44

Current

For the Act, section 44(1)(a)(ii), the following classes of persons are prescribed—

(a)

for a document endorsed within Australia—the classes of persons referred to in Schedule 1, Part 1,

(b)

for a document endorsed within a foreign country—the classes of persons referred to in Schedule 1, Part 2.
