28 Applicant to provide information
The Minister or a Committee of Review to which an application for review is referred may (as a condition of dealing with the application) require the applicant—
(a)
to provide the Minister or the Committee (as the case may require) with such additional information as the Minister or the Committee may reasonably require to determine the application, and
(b)
to allow the Minister or members of the Committee (or a person nominated by the Minister or the Committee) to enter and inspect any premises to which the application for review relates.
