55 Functions of Advisory Committee
The principal function of the Advisory Committee is to provide advice to the Minister and the Secretary on the following matters—
(a)
the effective operation of this Act,
(b)
proposed regulations,
(c)
any other matters in respect of private health facilities that may be referred to the Advisory Committee by the Minister or the Secretary.
