152 Registrar to keep record of probates etc
The Registrar shall cause entries to be made in a book to be kept for that purpose of—
all grants of probate and administration,
the filing, passing, and allowance of the accounts of executors and administrators, and of
any special order extending the time for passing such accounts,
all deeds copies whereof are filed pursuant to section 75A (9).
Such book shall set forth—
the dates of such grants,
the names of the testators or intestates,
the place and time of death,
the names and description of the executors or administrators,
the sworn value of the estates,
the dates of the filing, passing, allowance of, and special orders with reference to, the said accounts,
the dates and the names of parties to the deeds whereof copies are filed pursuant to section 75A (9).
