36 Liability of regulator, State and others
The following persons are not liable for anything done or omitted to be done in good faith in carrying out a function or action under this part—
(a)
the State,
(b)
the Minister,
(c)
the regulator,
(d)
the members of the Board of the EPA,
(e)
a member of staff of the regulator,
(f)
a person acting under the direction of, or with the authority of, the Minister or the regulator.
