Chairperson

1 Chairperson

(1)

One of the members of the Review Panel must be appointed by the Minister as Chairperson of the Review Panel. The appointment may be made at the time the person is appointed as a member or after that appointment.

(2)

A person vacates the office of Chairperson if the person—

(a)

ceases to be a member, or

(b)

resigns the office by instrument in writing addressed to the Minister, or

(c)

is removed from the office under this section.

(3)

The Minister may at any time remove a person from the office of Chairperson.
