11 Guidelines
(1)
The Senior Public Defender may, by order in writing, establish guidelines with respect to the exercise of the Public Defenders’ functions under this Act.
(2)
Guidelines may not be established in relation to particular cases.
(3)
A Public Defender is subject to any guidelines in force under this section.
