10 Pending applications
On the substitution of Part 2 by the amending Act—
each pending application for a licence under section 6 in respect of something to which that section applies (other than an application for a licence to use something) is taken to be an application for a radiation management licence in respect of that thing, and
each pending application for a licence under section 6 to use something to which that section applies is taken to be an application for a radiation user licence in respect of that thing, and
each pending application for registration of something under section 7 is taken to be an application for a radiation management licence in respect of that thing, and
each pending application for registration of premises under section 8 in respect of a radioactive substance that is kept or used at those premises, is taken to be an application for a radiation management licence in respect of that substance, and
each pending application for accreditation under section 9 is taken to be an application for accreditation under section 8 (1).
