18 Court orders in connection with offences
(1)
Sections 23A and 23B, as inserted by the amending Act, extend to proceedings that were initiated, but not determined, before the commencement of the sections.
(2)
Proceedings are not determined for the purposes of subclause (1) even if all that remains to be completed is the sentencing of an offender.
