13C Public register of licences
The Authority is to maintain a register of licences issued under this Part.
The register is to contain the following information in relation to each licence:
the name of the holder of the licence,
the type and number of the licence,
the expiry date of the licence,
the status of the licence,
such other information as may be prescribed by the regulations.
The register may also contain such information as may be prescribed by the regulations in relation to any licence that is suspended, cancelled or surrendered.
The Authority is to make the register available to members of the public to inspect free of charge:
at its principal office during ordinary office hours, and
on its website.
The Authority may charge a fee for providing a person with a copy of the register or part of the register or for making the register available for inspection at some other place.
Section 57 of the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998 does not apply to the register referred to in this section.
