Division applies to tram recovery vehicles and public buses travelling along tram tracks where B lights do not apply

(1)

This Division applies to the driver of a tram recovery vehicle as if a reference in the Division to a tram included a reference to a tram recovery vehicle.

(2)

This Division applies to the driver of a public bus travelling along tram tracks as if a reference in the Division to a tram included a reference to a public bus travelling along tram tracks.

(2–1) However, this Division does not apply to the driver of a public bus travelling along tram tracks to which B lights apply.

Note.

This subrule is an additional NSW subrule. There is no corresponding subrule in rule 273 of the Australian Road Rules.
