127 Effect of approval
While an approval is in force—
(a)
the use of the public road for the purposes of food or drink premises, and
(b)
the erection, placement or maintenance of structures, furniture or other things on the public road authorised by the roads authority under section 126(1),
are taken not to constitute a public nuisance and do not give rise to an offence against this or any other Act.
