204 Council entitled to compensation if Crown compulsorily acquires public road
(1)
A council is entitled to compensation under this Division for a public road owned by the council that is acquired by the Crown by compulsory process.
(2)
The provisions of this Division apply in substitution for the provisions of the Land Acquisition (Just Terms Compensation) Act 1991 with respect to compensation.
