28 Section 57 land and leases
(1)
Land which was land to which section 57 of the repealed Act applied is taken to be TfNSW development land for the purposes of this Act.
(2)
A lease or other dealing in force under section 57 of the repealed Act is taken to be a lease or dealing under section 161 of this Act.
