40 Section 224 appeals
(1)
An appeal under section 224 of the repealed Act that had not been finally disposed of before the relevant commencement is to be finally disposed of in accordance with that section as if that Act had not been repealed.
(2)
A decision of a district court judge under that section has the same effect as a decision of the Land and Environment Court under section 17 of this Act.
