Roads Act 1993

Any application that had been made under section 5 of the repealed Act but had not been finally disposed of before the relevant commencement, and any proposal with respect to which notice had been published under section 6 of that Act before the relevant commencement, is to be finally disposed of in accordance with the repealed Act as if that Act had not been repealed.

Any public road or Crown road opened in accordance with this clause is declared to be a public road and clauses 15 and 56 apply as if the road had been opened before the relevant commencement.
