82 Vesting of Sydney Harbour Tunnel land and easements in NSW Motorways
The following are vested in NSW Motorways—
(a)
the Sydney Harbour Tunnel, within the meaning of the Sydney Harbour Tunnel (Private Joint Venture) Act 1987,
(b)
the land described in the Sydney Harbour Tunnel (Private Joint Venture) Act 1987, section 12(1) and (4),
(c)
the easement to drain water described in the Sydney Harbour Tunnel (Private Joint Venture) Act 1987, section 12(2),
(d)
the road described in the declaration made under the Roads Act 1993, section 52 declaring the Sydney Harbour Tunnel to be a tollway, published in Government Gazette No 401 of 26 August 2022.
