15 Applications for assistance
A farmer or another person engaged in a rural industry, or any other person eligible to apply to the Authority for assistance under this or any other Act or under any program administered by the Authority, may apply to the Authority for assistance.
An application shall—
be in the form approved by the Authority, and
identify the assistance sought, and
include the particulars prescribed by the regulations, and
be accompanied by such information and documents as the Authority may require, and
be lodged at the office of the Authority.
The Authority may, with the consent of the applicant, amend an application.
