2 Chairperson of Board
(1)
Of the appointed members of the Board, one shall (in and by the member’s instrument of appointment as a member or in and by another instrument executed by the Minister) be appointed as Chairperson of the Board.
(2)
The Minister may remove a member from the office of Chairperson at any time.
(3)
A person who is a member and Chairperson vacates office as Chairperson if the person—
(a)
is removed from that office by the Minister, or
(b)
resigns that office by instrument in writing addressed to the Minister, or
(c)
ceases to be a member.
