Prohibition on paying cash etc for scrap metal

Current

A scrap metal dealer must not, in buying any scrap metal, pay for the scrap metal—

(a)

with cash, or

(b)

by cheque payable to cash, or

(c)

in kind with goods or services.

Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
