25 Certificate evidence
A certificate purporting to have been signed by the Commissioner and stating any of the following is admissible in evidence in any proceedings and is evidence of the matters stated—
(a)
that on a specified day, or during a specified period, a business of dealing in scrap metal was or was not registered,
(b)
that on a specified day, or during a specified period, specified premises were subject to a closure order.
