14 Licence conditions
(1)
Section 21 (3), as substituted by the amending Act, extends to a licence in force immediately before the commencement of that substitution.
(2)
Sections 23AA and 23B, as inserted by the amending Act, extend to a licence in force immediately before the commencement of those sections.
