24 Conversion of certain existing subclasses of master licence to new subclasses of master licence
On the commencement of this clause, a master licence that, immediately before the amendment made to section 10 (1) by the amending Act, was—
a class MB licence—is taken to be, and to have the authority conferred by, a class MC licence granted under this Act (as amended by the amending Act), and
a class MC licence—is taken to be, and to have the authority conferred by, a class MD licence granted under this Act (as amended by the amending Act), and
a class MD licence—is taken to be, and to have the authority conferred by, a class ME licence granted under this Act (as amended by the amending Act).
