Certain licensees must be employed by other licensees or visitor permit holders

In force

(1)

A person who is the holder of a class 1 or class 2 licence must not carry on a security activity authorised by the licence unless the person—

(a)

is employed by a master licensee or the holder of a visitor permit authorising the holder to carry out security activities of a kind authorised by a master licence, or

(b)

is self-employed and is the holder of a master licence.

Maximum penalty—250 penalty units or imprisonment for 12 months, or both.
