19 Proclaimed works
The Governor may, by proclamation published in the Gazette, declare:
any work or proposed work for the storage, regulation or conservation of water, or
any work or proposed work for or in connection with any one or more of the following:
preventing or mitigating the inundation of land or the overflow of water thereon,
defining or changing the course of a stream or river,
maintaining or improving the banks or foreshores of a stream, river or harbour, or
deepening or maintaining the depth of a stream or river,
to be a work to which this Part applies.
Any work or proposed work proclaimed in pursuance of subsection (1) is in this Act referred to as a proclaimed work.
