22O Offences
Any person:
(a)
who receives any advance from the Authority under this Act and in any manner directly or indirectly uses the same or permits the same to be used for any purpose other than the purpose for which the advance was made, or
(b)
who, while any money is owing to the Authority in respect of any advance under this Act, without the consent of the Authority removes, sells or otherwise disposes of any machinery, plant or other thing forming part of any works for the carrying out of which such advance was made,
shall be liable to a penalty not exceeding 10 penalty units.
