Effect of suspension or cancellation
73 Effect of suspension or cancellation
If a person’s membership is suspended under this Division—
the person ceases to be an SCG Member for the duration of the suspension, and
the requirement to pay the annual subscription fee or other fee that is otherwise payable as an SCG Member continues to apply for the suspension period.
If a person’s membership is cancelled under this Division—
Venues NSW is to ensure that the person’s name is removed from the roll of SCG Members, and
the person is not to be reinstated as an SCG Member except by resolution of Venues NSW and on the terms and conditions determined by Venues NSW.
If a person’s Gold, Double Gold or Junior Gold Membership is cancelled under this Division, Venues NSW is to refund to the person the proportion of the entrance fee paid for the relevant membership that Venues NSW determines.
