34A Variation of employer contributions
(1)
Despite any other provision of this Part, STC may determine that the contributions payable by an employer specified in Part 1 of Schedule 1 in respect of a contributor are to be determined, or are payable, on a basis other than that set out in this Part.
(2)
STC may only make such a determination with the concurrence of the Treasurer.
