9 Restoration of death benefit previously reduced
(1)
Section 45AA, as inserted by the Superannuation Legislation Amendment Act 2005, applies to an employer-financed portion of a benefit reduced, but not paid, before the commencement of that section.
(2)
Section 45AA, as inserted by the Superannuation Legislation Amendment Act 2005, does not apply to an employer-financed portion of a benefit paid before the commencement of that section.
