An employee of the Bank or of a subsidiary of the Bank retains any rights to annual leave, extended leave or sick leave accrued or accruing by virtue of clause 3 of Schedule 4 to the State Owned Corporations Act 1989.
An employee of the Bank or of a subsidiary of the Bank retains any rights to annual leave, extended leave and sick leave accrued or accruing on or after 14 May 1990 and before the appointed day.
Neither the contract of employment nor the period of employment of each employee of the Bank or of a subsidiary of the Bank is taken to have been broken by the operation of this Act for the purposes of any law, award or agreement relating to the employment of that employee.
