14 Amendments have effect from 1 July 2017
(1)
The amendments to Part 5A of this Act made by the amending Act apply in respect of the financial year commencing on 1 July 2017 and subsequent financial years.
(2)
Subject to this Part, the amendments do not affect any liability for a SES contribution for a financial year commencing before 1 July 2017 and Part 5A, and Schedule 2, as in force immediately before the amendments made to this Act by the amending Act, continue to apply in respect of any such financial year as if the amendments had not been made.
